The employer has not implemented a respiratory protection program for employees required to wear respirators. The employer has not implemented medical evaluations, fit tests,
or training for employees required to use respirators. T8 CCR 5144(c)(1) 3. The employer has not maintained Safety Data Sheets complying with the required elements in T8 CCR 5194(g)(2) for in-house solvents used on site. T8 CCR 5194(g)(8) 4. The employer has not provided employees with effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work areas. T8 CCR 5194(h)(1) 5. Plumbed eyewash and shower equipment do not meet performance requirements. The eyewash does not provide a steady and continuous supply of water, and the shower is connected to water heated above 100 degrees Fahrenheit. T8 CCR 5162(d) 6.
