The employer has not implemented an effective program for maintaining and changing out filters for portable HEPA air scrubbers. Employees were instructed to wait 6 hours after the patient left prior to entering these rooms, but no information was provided showing that this amount of time would result is a sufficiently low concentration of airborne particles.
