Several boil water orders have been issued in Stone and Newton counties. According to the Arkansas Department of Health, a boil order was issued Sunday for residents in Mountain View Waterworks for customers along Herpel Road and all side roads between Webacres Road and Possum Trot Road... See More due to a water line break. A boil order was also issued for the Pleasant Grove Water System for the St. James East to the end of the system due to a main break. In Newton County, a boil order was issued for Compton Waterworks for residents in the area of the Compton Tank to the Newton County line. All affected customers are advised the water may be unsafe for human consumption, and water used for drinking or food preparation must be boiled briskly for one minute prior to use.

Novartis is conducting a voluntary nationwide recall at the consumer level of one lot of its Sandimmune® Oral Solution (cyclosporine oral solution, USP), 100 mg/mL in the US due to crystal formation observed in some bottles, which could potentially result in incorrect dosing. This lot was distributed... See More nationwide to wholesalers across the US, beginning in April 2023. Novartis has not received any reports of adverse events related to this recall, to date.
Sandimmune® Oral Solution (cyclosporine oral solution, USP), 100 mg/mL, packaged in 50 mL bottles, is indicated for the prophylaxis of organ rejection in kidney, liver, and heart allogeneic transplants. The drug may also be used in the treatment of chronic rejection in patients previously treated with other immunosuppressive agents. No other Sandimmune formulations are impacted.
The affected lot number and expiration date is: FX001691 (expiration date 12/2025).
Risk Statement: Crystallization of cyclosporine in Sandimmune Oral Solution is likely to result in non-uniform distribution of the cyclosporine in the product, resulting in under-dosing or over-dosing. There is a reasonable probability that under-dosing may result in lower exposures and decrease in efficacy which could ultimately lead to graft rejection and graft loss in transplant patients. Furthermore, over-dosage may manifest itself as cyclosporine toxicity in the long term if over exposure continues.
Novartis is notifying its distributors via a recall notification letter and is arranging for return of the recalled lot from distributors, retailers and consumers. Additionally, Novartis is notifying health care providers who have prescribed this product to contact their patients. Consumers that have bottles from the recalled lot of Sandimmune Oral Solution (cyclosporine oral solution, USP), 100mg/mL, should contact their health care provider.
This recall is being conducted with the knowledge of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.

I received the same, from an address in College Point, NY. Did you by chance fall for a Bed Bath Beyond fake site scam? I did a month or so ago and see someone else receiving these who also fell for the BBB scam... Apparently this might be something called a "brushing" scam. I'm scared to plug those into anything!

I got the same package twice in this week from Bayside, NY, Family Medical LLC also. And yes I did fall for BBB scam which i reported to my bank. Never got a refund though but they reported them to a fraud department for me so no one else would get scammed.

I didn't hesitate to order it. Almost a month went by, and I still didn't receive my package so I made attempts to contact the facility via e-mail. It appears that the email address does not exist. Today - I received the infamous 3-prong charger which I never ordered and put 2 and 2 together and realized I was scammed.
I say all that to say this - try to think back on any online purchases that you may have made in the past month or so that you did not receive. This may very well be the cheap product that they sent you in lieu of your merchandise as a way to say that they did mail out your product if you choose to appeal it with your bank.
