Ordered some clothes back in January 2023 from Macy's, never rec'd but keep getting emails stating they are processing my refund but to be patient. Found out they are a scam company. Emails I get keep changing the name from Eda, Claire, Amber, Amy, Emma, etc. but the same email address.
