On June 21, 2024, a power outage affected over 1,500 customers on Tucson's south side, Arizona, near Valencia and South Nogales Highway. Tucson Electric Power (TEP) is working on restoring power. Further updates can be found on the Tucson Electric Power website.

On Wednesday 28th, Tucson Electric Power is reporting a power outage on Tucson's southside. According to TEP, approximately 2,098 people are without power. TEP says the outage is caused by the weather.
