1. Employees who are experiencing COVID 19 symptoms are allowed to come to work. 2. Employees are not notified when coworkers receive a positive COVID-19 diagnosis. 3. The facility is not cleaned and sanitized in accordance with CDC guidelines to minimize employee exposure to COVID-19. 4. The
employer does not enforce social distancing in accordance with CDC guidelines to minimize employee exposure to COVID-19.
