I ordered outdoor Christmas items to the value of nearly 50 pound. Today I got a delivery of a pair of earmuffs. For the first time in my life I've been scammed and I am not happy. I have emailed the company but they are not answering me. How do I get a refund.

7 weeks today since COVID-19 onset & I still can't smell. 6.5 weeks for my mum who is still coughing. Only in the last 2 weeks could I do any kind of physical activity without feeling faint. Lucky to have had a mild case, but the symptoms are never ending. Keep social distancing
