They create customer congestion which affects cashiers since they don't have enough. They're not taking the temperature of customers and associates. They have also sold... See More items that do not comply with the dry law; computers, Playstation, mattress, among other items. The schedules that have us especially for the part-time of the night shift have us leaving at 11 o'clock in the evening or at 12 at midnight. We are many associates who are really risking getting infected by providing customer service, while management doesn't give us security and don't even think about associates. The only security is that every person who enters because alcohol is rubbed in their hands and alcohol is passed to the shopping cart too. According to supervisors, the logic of them is that if they have a PPE they... See More do not have to test them or quarantine employees who had contact with infected employees. After refusing to protect employees, they did not issue any communication on the subject but, because of the same sick employees, they had to find out about it. This creates a great distrust of the employer as they are not carrying out the relevant protocols. They even notified an employee positive for covid-19 that if she was asymptomatic she should report to work even if it was a source of contagion.

They're hiding information from all employees. We know there were positive ones a month or more because they communicated it, but they didn't say exactly when it was. The last positive was communicated to us yesterday saying that they had heard “the other days”. We don't understand... See More how it was not reported immediately before we know it. We have been sent today to do rapid tests to some, not even everyone because according to them it is not necessary, they do not let us receive the test result, nor do they inform us anything else when they receive the result. They haven't quarantined the employees who have been in contact with the one who tested positive because they have already passed the fourteen days of quarantine and then no one has gone to clean and disinfect the work area where those people have been.
