Nutrient Rescue NZ Ltd is recalling specific batches of its Nutrient Rescue brand Double Shot products due to the possible presence of an undeclared allergen, mollusc. These products were sold at selected supermarkets, pharmacies, retail and health stores, as well as through the Nutrient Rescue online store in New Zealand. The products have not been exported.The recall includes:
PRODUCT: Nutrient Rescue brand Double Shot individual sachet (10g):
- Batch: NRC0715, best before: 12/02/2026
- Sold in a paper sachet.
PRODUCT: Nutrient Rescue brand Double Shot sachets (10g) 30 pack:
- Batch: NRC0715, best before: 12/02/2026
- Sold in a paper sachet.
PRODUCT: Nutrient Rescue brand Double Shot (300g) best before:
- Best before: 25FEB26, 26FEB26, 27FEB26, 20MAR26, 21MAR26, 24MAR26, 02APR26, 03APR26
- Sold in a plastic pouch.
PRODUCT: Nutrient Rescue brand Double Shot family pack (900g) best before:
- Best before: 01APR26, 02APR26
- Sold in a plastic pouch.
The issue was identified by the company, and the recall was initiated on June 27, 2025. The recall is classified as a precautionary measure to ensure consumer safety.
