I ordered Items a month ago and have not received them. I messaged the company and they told me that the goods have been delivered.. but NO they haven't.. where do I stand with this.. I think this site is a SCAM.

I received a Moissonite ring (Women’s Ring 711311****) from a Chinese seller (HeNanBaoShui) that I never ordered. How did they get my address & why have they sent it? The sender address is in Chinese but the phone number is 8612345678911.
