I ordered a cordless lawn trimmer on awrekin.shop website about 2 months ago. Got order confirmation and tracking number then a teaspoon was delivered on same order and tracking number. I emailed service@kimsunser.com as support email on website. They offer me refund but it never made. It looks like emails come from China. Is there anyway to chase them up and get refund. service@kimsunser.com, support@westarshop.com, mengtu couriers Update: I provided all the evidence I have to my bank and they will probably will ret my money back. As on attached google search Beidesinshop.com is same as Awerkinshop.com sender address is on the envelope that is attached but it is not clear and not very readable. It was sent from China.
