Not following Covid-19 safety precautions. Employer not mandating employees wear masks or wear them properly. Employees congregating in aisles while not properly wearing masks. Employer not offering customers a mask or mandating customers wear masks.

Violation of cold-chain processes. Disregard to cull expired product. Dirt and mold growth on shelves and floors due to lack of cleaning. Lax enforcement of mask guidelines. Lack of punishment concerning violations when reported to management.
