COVID-19 Protocols not followed An employee tested positive for COVID-19 and returned back to work 7 days after, with symptoms still persisting. While the employee was wearing a mask they were still persistently coughing.

Not a single person in this place was wearing a mask. The tattoo artist/piercers are doing tattoos and piercings without a mask on. No prior hand washing, no protective gear of any kind.
