I ordered a room heater and received it from TECH 1 (US), 192-01 Northern BLVD, Flushing, New York. It looked great but the design of the plug was to large and it wouldn't stay in the outlet.

I tried to reach the company with no success.

I received a small manilla envelope with a hair tie or bracelet of some sort I did not order. I looked up the address and this seems to be a trend? Anyone else had any info on this?!? Why is nothing being done!! Online seller 8500 logistics airpark Dr Louisville KY 40219 is the address
