It has been sitting at this location since 1/13/21. It is now 1/17/21. I ordered a package from a vendor in England. It was sent to the USPS Avenel NJ location via DHL. USPS should have delivered it by now but it is still there. It was scanned 1/13/22 It is now 1/17/22. It was. My order for the merchandise was placed 1/01/22 and shipped out the nxt day 1/02/22. It arrived at USPS in Avenel on 1/13/22. It says as per tracking # that the package was scanned in at 1.04pm then again at 6.39am 1/14/22 and is 'Tendered to delivery service provider'. Why is my package not being delivered?

How is this a safety issue???
Hi 3160 - if it is a medical or other health related device it can be a safety issue.
Seems to be a very poorly run facility-- Many items I buy get greatly delayed at this facility as they wait sorting to LI NY.
I have the same problem with this facility holding up mt package for 7 days. It has been shipped back to Georgia to be delivered to NY ... a disgrace...
