I recieved a bag with little plastic circles in it. I don't know why I'm recieving these, I don't know what they are for.

I also received this item. I do not know what it is for and I did not order it. It had the incorrect town in my address so I know I did not order what ever this is. I also do nor know if I was charged for it. What should I do?
