A plastic shipping bag with yellow round plastic items. The was no invoice or instructions. I have no idea what they are. Also the town in the address is not correct.

I also received this item. I do not know what it is for and I did not order it. It had the incorrect town in my address so I know I did not order what ever this is. I also do nor know if I was charged for it. What should I do?
