1) - I placed an order from Ruaten.com for a former Home Depot 4-piece patio set with fire pit; charged to my credit card on 11/01/22. I went to the tracking info and it says it was delivered to my mailbox on 11/17/22! How does this go to a mailbox? Then, I went to the website for Customer Service, serosoppor@gmail.com and have not been able to make contact yet. However, I did receive a box of Ray.Ban Sunglasses which have the same Customer Service contact. 2) - the sunglasses were mailed from "Jack, 9809 San Pedro St, Los Angeles CA 90003" I did not order them and have not opened the box. From other comments these over $100 more than the patio set! How do I stop this fraud/scam?

This same thing happened to me as well. I just received sunglasses which I did NOT order. I have called my credit card company and told them what was going on and they said I would not be charged for this. I originally ordered the table and chairs as well.

the same thing happened to me on my order from so call web sit paoise for dewalt tools. never go the order and the same web site to contact was sersoppor@gmail. Face book needs to take down these web sites from there post. its all a scam and you can not get your money bacl.!!!!!!

Me too, almost word for word, I ordered two tool boxes, filled with over 400 tools plus assortment of power tools. I really laugh at the emails that tell you that since the "ray ban's" were worte more than my order I could keep them or sell them and they would refund 20%. The website was advertising on Scrabble Go game. Sorry to say but I fell for it before ordering king crab legs and received an ink pen in the mail instead. No more shopping on Scrabble go game for me!
