She paid cash we can get a police report. From the police, we called to pick it up
My daughter bought a trailer from Zackery Tyler on Facebook Marketplace for $1600.00 dollars. My daughter checked on a website to check if it was stolen and nothing showed up. I checked it on a different site and it showed it was stolen. We spoke to Zack Tyler for a refund the very next day. He said, he already spent it. Houston police came and they didn't do anything about it. So we called the Laporte police department to pick up the trailer. So the guy got off Scot free. And my daughter shouldn't be the one that pays for his crime. It was freshly painted Zack Tyler knew it was stolen I $1600.00 dollars is a lot of money. Facebook watches every comment on its website and makes sure nobody says anything inappropriate. I hold them responsible for stolen items being sold on the Facebook marketplace.
How do I get my daughters money back. Who responsible for selling stolen items on Facebook marketplace. I would think Facebook. He is still selling stolen items on Facebook marketplace. Who gives my daughter a refund. $1600.00
