I received a small package with a tiny leather apple shaped medallion. I did not order this nor do I know the sender. Sender is CARRIE BONKIEWICZ, 2864 Parsons Blvd. Queens, NY 11347 I believe she is also responsible for a false charge on my credit card which has been reported.
