I saw an add for SKETCHERS
FACTORY STORE April 30th on Facebook. I clicked the link and ordered a pair of tennis shoes. Being ignorant, I okayed payment to "ab281bd5819e1b9be75ccf7e28de6ad9". I waited over a month for my shoes and watched the tracking and finally it said delivered. No package. I contacted them by email, stating that I didn't receive the package. They said that they would send me another pair of shoes and I would have to sign for them. I waited, watched the tracking, and it said out for delivery. I stayed home all day. No delivery. Finally it said delivered. I did not sign for anything. I contacted them and they promised to send another pair, which I declined and asked for my money back. They sent me back that they could only give me back 60 % of my payment back because they "Experienced significant losses, and it was not their responsibility that i did not receive my package". I emailed them back that I knew they had scammed me, and they should be ashamed of taking advantage of people and I would receive my 60 % like I received my shoes. When I went into my bank account today and tried to locate the transaction, I noticed the payment went to LAMBERTAGNES com.

I had a similar experience after buying something from a Facebook ad. These crooks were intentionally dragging the process since many credit card companies would resolve a dispute within 60 days of purchase. However, what you are experiencing is a fraud since they don't really have a business and they just pretend to sell something to get your money. You should report this fraud to your credit card company or bank, get a new card and refund directly from them.
