It appears they present one item to get you to purchase and send a product looking nothing like the dentures and case they use in advertisement. I had to contact them immediately after purchasing because they overcharged me $16. And change. They refunded the difference, apologies etc. Then when I couldn't track the item I contacted again. They provided information on my package stating they're sorry for the delay but customs can take awhile. It should be arriving soon they said. Once it arrived, I was very upset and disappointed. It is not the product I ordered. I have sent them an email requesting a refund and a postage paid return. I did CC the attorney general everytime I emailed them. I'm waiting for their response now about my refund.
