Ok I bought or so I thought a Dooney and Bourke purse from this company QVC FACTORY OUTLET. Bought it on March 30, 2023. Recieved it on April 13. I kept asking for a tracking number but they could not provide one that I could use. They gave me 2 and I couldn't use either one. When I got the purse it was a phoney. No patent number no key chain inside and some Dooneys have a leather sewn in decal if you will that would have Dooneys name and the year it was established. It had nothing and the cloth lining well not so good. I am a Dooney and Bourke purse collector and I know a authentic Dooney from a fake. So I contacted the company first to try to get a return label then to let them know they sent me a fake. And they tried to tell me that they make there purses with the best faux leather. I told them I am not talking about the leather that I was letting them know they sent me a fake Dooney. They actually had the nerve to ask me didn't I want to support them. I told them maybe if the purse would of been real. I asked them to send me a return label to send this back. They told me if I was send it back that I would have to spend $30. to $40.to send it back. I have a copy of the actual video but they have it set up where you can't send it but only to another person. So I took a picture of it and sent it to my email and posted it on FB.with a warning. This ordeal of me paying for the return is ridiculous. I have sent them 14 emails I know. They have been responding but only to ask for more money.
I will tell you I have a friend who bought a Dooney and Bourke purse two days prior to me from QVC HOT DEALS and the exact same thing is happening to her. She recieved a purse wrong one I must add but a phoney.
