A TARC bus crashed into a building Sunday morning after being hit by another vehicle, according to a TARC representative. It happened 7:45 a.m. at the intersection of Market Street and 22nd Street. That's where the Portland and Russell neighborhoods meet. LG&E's power outage map showed more than 2,600 people were without power in that area as a result of the crash.
