More than 40,000 DTE Energy customers across metro Detroit were without power Thursday morning, Jun 20 after strong thunderstorms rolled through the region on Wednesday night. There were also scattered power outages across Wayne County, and another 1,000 outages in the Ann Arbor area, according to Consumers Energy's outage map.
