Over 2,500 customers are without power Monday morning in southeast Fresno. According to PG&E’s outage map, the outage is down Belmont between Chestnut and Temperance Avenues. It is affecting approximately 2,509 customers with an estimated restoration time of 10:30 a.m. Power is restored.
