A power outage was reported in Mahoning County. According to the Boardman Fire Chief, there was a power outage on South Avenue in the area of Walmart. As a result, Starbucks and Chick-fil-A in Boardman also lost power. Shortly before 10 a.m., over 1,100 people were without power in Mahoning County, with most outages being in Boardman Township.
