A power outage late Wednesday for more than 4,000 PG&E customers in San Pablo and Richmond was short-lived, as power was restored around midnight. Power was out on 23rd Street from San Pablo Avenue south to Rheem Avenue, and west to Rumrill Boulevard, San Pablo police said in an advisory. According to PG&E's outage map, the 4,414 were without power as of 10:15 p.m. Crews responded to the scene and restored power before the estimated restoration time of 12:15 a.m.
