Thousands of homes and businesses lost power early Friday as strong wind gusts and rain moved through Massachusetts. According to the Massachusetts Emergency Management Agency, more than 23,000 customers had no electricity around 9:30 a.m. Plymouth and Barnstable counties have been the hardest hit.
