Nearly 800 Pacific Gas & Electric Co. customers in the southern half of San Francisco have been without power since Wednesday’s storm, according to PG&E outage maps. As of Friday afternoon, the maps showed at least 772 customers — with large concentrations in St. Mary Park near Bernal Heights and in the Westwood Highlands south of Mount Davidson Park — had been left in the dark since either Wednesday afternoon or evening, when the heaviest rain was falling. Many still do not have estimates as to when power will be restored.
