Thousands of people are without power in Greater Cincinnati as storms sweep through the tri-state Thursday evening. Duke Energy is reporting 12,326 customers without power in Ohio and Kentucky. The areas with the most people without power are Northern Kentucky communities such as Highland Heights, Cold Spring, Crestview and Silver Grove. The Fairfax, Ohio, area also has more than 1,000 people without power. Nearly 1,000 people are without power in Milford.
