Power outages have been reported in Virginia. Appalachian Power Company’s outage map is reporting 6,597 customers affected in several counties on Sunday afternoon Mar 10. The most affected areas are McDonald's Mill in Montgomery County with 1,237 customers affected, Snowville, Pulaski County with 734 customers affected, Collinsville, Henry County with 766 customers affected, and Roanoke City with 588 customers affected. Crews are assessing the condition and working to restore power to the area.
