I ordered 4 BSWell Ultrasonic Wristbands on 8/30/24 and I just received them on 9/12/24. They were not packaged like the picture shows. The problem is they did not come with charging cords or whatever I need to charge them. I received them in boxes with the wristband around a pillow. They were shipped from: ADELAIDE 3646 S Walcott Ave. Chicago IL 60609. I live in Maryland. Please help me get the chargers thank you
