McColl, 29570 South Carolina, United States

About 1,000 Duke Energy customers are without power Thursday afternoon in the McColl area of Marlboro County. According to the outage map, 750 customers were previously without power in Scotland County in an area west of Laurinburg. The Marlboro County outages were expected to be restored by about 4:15 p.m. Power has been restored to most of the customers affected.
