There were more than 23,000 customers without power in Massachusetts at about 3:10 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb 13., according to state emergency management officials. Many of the outages were in Cape Cod and other parts of southeastern Massachusetts. Eversourse power outage map shows 19,070 customers affected in Eastern Massachusetts.
