Oregon, United States

Heavy snow, freezing rain, ferocious wind, and dangerously cold wind chills in parts of the Pacific Northwest through the weekend, knocked out power to hundreds of thousands. According to Central Lincoln PUD's outage map, 12,199 customers are affected in Lincoln County on Sunday, Jan 14th. According to Pacific Power, 5,823 customers are affected in Lane County.
