As of 8:00 a.m. Tuesday, MEMA is reporting 71,272 customers without power. Western Hampshire and Franklin Counties as well as northern Berkshire County are most of the reported outages in the state at this time. There are more than 20 communities that have more than 75% of residents without power. Westfield Gas and Electric is also reporting more than 3,600 outages throughout the city.
