A power outage was reported affecting 2,125 customers in Farmington and an additional 517 customers were affected in Brighton. According to RG&E, the cause of the outage in Farmington is from a downed wire and a crew has been assigned to the location. Power restoration is currently estimated to be at 7:15 p.m. The cause of the outage in Brighton is still under investigation. Power is estimated to be restored by 8:30 p.m.
