Gusty winds as high as 55 mph are bringing down tree limbs and are expected to make the evening commute more difficult. PPL has reported over 3,700 customers without power throughout eastern Pennsylvania, over 400 of which were between Eldred Township and Polk Township. Outages are also being reported in Pocono, Paradise, Barrett and Jackson townships.

The Los Angeles Department of Water and Power is reporting on its outage map that 2,390 customers in East Hollywood are without power this morning. The number of impacted customers has grown by about 100 after the outage was initially reported around 9 a.m. The utility reported...
