A planned power outage has been set for Thursday, October 3 by the Tombigbee Electric Power Association. The outage is set to be from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m., the association said. The outage will impact the Tulip Creek area along County Road 1009 and 1190, as well as Shelton Mobile Home Park.
