According to Tombigbee Electric Power Association, over 120 properties were out of power in north Tupelo and over 150 were out of power in Sherman. Power has been restored to the area.

I didn't need dolin, youpin whatever, some kind of thing in the mail. This is my 2nd one. I got one last week and I got one this week. I don't know what they are. I didn't order anything, Why am I get them? I did not or what id.

A line of strong storms came through the area, knocking down trees onto transformers and powerlines. According to a spokesman with Tupelo Water and Light, a substation in the city is down, leading to much of west Tupelo to be without electricity.
