A planned power outage on certain streets in Gloucester has been postponed from overnight Monday, March 13, to overnight Thursday, March 16, due to the forecast for inclement weather. The city announced the rescheduled power outage on its Facebook page on Monday. The outage, which is expected to last from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. would impact portions of the following streets: Cobblestone Lane, Cross Street, East Main Street, Eastern Avenue, Elwell Street, Fair Street, Friend Street, Green Street, Ledgemont Avenue, Linnett Place, Loring Court, Main Street, Maple Street, Marchant Street, Mount Vernon Street, Parker Street, Perkins Street, Perkins Peak, Prospect Street, Sadler Street, Sadler Street Extension, State Fish Pier, Staten Street, Taylor Court, Taylor Street and Webster Street.

This is because most merchant shipping only cares if it is "shipped" to keep the seller in its system as legit, so they might randomly send you something because you are close by and shipping is less, unlikely to report something you got for free and exposing the seller as a scammer. When confronted the scammer says to the merchant "Here's the proof of shipping" give the tracking number. They send lightweight crud in the shipping to keep that cost down. Eight Years Old Shop has a reputation for this.

I think that the fraudulent company CIZO did not have the slightest intention to send this clothing, but only to get my credit card details. I was wondering how someone ended up sending me a ring. I kept on thinking about it the issue and it comes up to my mind to check the box again. I just discovered that the fake tracking number from fashionistasus website is under the ups tracking number of the box that has that ring that I received in the mail from Kerry Noon. This is all wrong. This company or person is having multiple fake website claiming that they are online stores while they are not and just scamming people of their money. Be aware. See Less
