More than 4,000 homes and businesses in central Macomb County have no electricity at this hour, according to DTE Energy. Impacted areas include parts of northeast Warren and southeast Sterling Heights, and near the 15 Mile Road-Utica Road intersection of Fraser and Clinton Township DTE’s report said the power was cut off around 7:45 p.m. Tuesday. Power is expected to be restored around 10:30-10:45 p.m., the utility reported.Outage link: outagemap.dteenergy.com/
