Power outages have been reported across Indiana County this morning. Penelec reported about 464 of its customers in the county were without power. The bulk of the outages are in Center Township as 435 customers were affected. There is no word yet on the cause of the outage. According to Penelec, power will be restored by 1:00 at the latest. REA cooperative customers are also being affected by the outage. About 674 members are without power in Armstrong Township, with another 512 in Young Township, and 155 outages in Center Township. There is no time for restoration yet.
