Ohio Edison is reporting several localized outages throughout the valley as a line of severe storms rolls over Ohio and Pennsylvania. latest outages reported by Ohio Edison. Lordstown: up to 600 without power along Palmyra Rd. Cortland, Mecca, Howland Center: Around 200 without power along State Rte. 46. Bristolville, Champion Heights: Up to 100 along Townline Rd. Youngstown: 350 or more without power near Interstate 80 and 711. Salem, Adair, Damascus: Up to 300 without Power along Rte. 62 and Rte. 9.
