More than 200 Appalachian Power customers in northwest Roanoke are without power Wednesday morning after an overnight vehicle crash. According to the company, the outage started just before 1 a.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 23. As of 7:14 a.m., Appalachian Power says 239 customers are impacted by this incident.
