Woke up at 2 am (10 hours after the first dose of the Pfizer vaccine) with a resting heart rate of 130. To be clear, that's not my normal resting heart rate. Mine ranges from 70-80 throughout the day, and less when sleeping. I have an Apple watch so I can monitor it. The 130+ heart rate lasted about 6 more hours. My doctor said that's not considered severe given the reaction time but it was odd nonetheless. No other signs or symptoms. | Symptoms: Other
