I ordered a alpha heater and was delivered by USPS tracking number 9305 5109 4410 1499 610**** on 1/12/24 at 12:03PM. I opened the package and there was a box that was taped and in poor condition. I plugged the heater in the outlet and it would not stay in the outlet. I called Alpha heater (866-895-6759). offer.getalphaheater.com. They said there was not such order through them for the only shipping warehouse they have is in NJ.
