Placed an order June 11th. I paid for expedite shipping and after 2 1/2 weeks I started inquiring about the shipping. That's where all problems started. The tracking system they provided showed in transit yet customer service said they would expedite shipping. I have a string of emails back and forth claiming customer service then offered me a 5% discount for my inconvenience, I said I would agree to wait a little longer for 8%. No discount was received. I paid for expedite shipping. It is now over 30 days and they said thier logistics company cannot provide proof of delivery but says it was left at mailbox/ lobby and was signed for. Now claiming a significant loss will only refund me half. I requested a refund 2 weeks ago.
