Recall details: Hanford, California, Je Dois L’avoir Boutique is voluntarily recalling all of the 365 Skinny High Intensity Pills and or 365 Skinny Emergency Boutique, 30 day capsules supply to the retail/consumer level. The 365 Skinny High Intensity Pills and 365 Skinny Emergency Boutique have been found to contain Sibutramine which is a controlled substance by the DEA and poses significant health risks to consumers both products are from the same manufacturer 365 Skinny is the strongest form and the 365 Skinny Emergency is for people with high blood pressure, diabetes but not limited to other chronic illnesses.

Risk Statement: The 365 Skinny High Intensity Pills and 365 Skinny Emergency Boutique potentially can cause serious health risks such as seizures, tachycardia, palpitations, heart attacks and allergic reactions. Risks associated with this product are more likely with people who have high blood pressure, thyroid disease, men or woman over 65 or children under 16 years old. Je Dois L’avoir Boutique has not received any reports of adverse events related to this recall.

The product is used together with diet and exercise to assist with weight loss and is packaged in bottles of 30 capsules 600mg per capsule. All lots and expiration dates of any of these products are being recalled. Je Dois L’avoir is recalling ALL 365 Skinny High Intensity Pills and 365 Emergency Boutique that it has sold to the public as seen below. Je Dois L’avoir is notifying its distributors and customers by email and is arranging for return/replacement etc. of all recalled products. Consumers that have 365 High Intensity Skinny or 365 Skinny Emergency Boutique which is being recalled should stop using/return to place of purchase/discard/contact Je Dois L’avoir Boutique Immediately.

I was charged $97.11 by AQR littlemall Mong Kok, HK. I received a package on 3/1/2024 with a pendant necklace having a customs label value of $10. The return "address/phone" on the customs label was: HD GZL 7 Demaozhuang , Daxing District. Beijing, Beijing, Beijing 100000 China Phone: 8618800000000
I filed a dispute with Costo Citibank and sent documentation with the various names from the website, emails, tracking page and shipping label.
I was contacted by Costco Citibank asking for proof of returned item or reason for not returning. I had no way of knowing who to return this item to. I don't speak Mandarin/Chinese so have no way of verifying via phone call the identity of who I'd be talking to and whether they were part of this order.
I found out after the fact, that the Manhattan, Kansas address was a real building, but the Kansas Better Business Bureau had tagged it as being associated with a variety of scam businesses.
Costco Citibank denied my dispute on April 1, 2024, so I am responsible for paying the $97.11 for this pendant that I did not order.
I should have refused the delivery of the package, but it had been delivered to my mailbox.
In my opinion, by accepting the item, this gives credit card companies a way to hold you responsible for the charges. In their dispute forms, you are asked if you received merchandise which puts your dispute in a set customer support decision tree, which may or may not fit your exact situation. Even though they are supposed to "investigate", I have no way of knowing to what extent they investigated if at all

I was scammed of $29 that was supposed to be unlimited Wi-Fi and only turned out to be to aluminum disk ,I order this product from staraink,this heathers motty was the return address according to the e-mail it was supposedly from a company called vision thank you for looking into this matter

Never ordered anything from the alleged seller/scammer. Package is cake box size and weighty. Did not open it. Could be anything in there, including harmful stuff. Checking cards to see if someone illegally charged me. Reporting this as a fraud and scam by the alleged unnamed "online … See More
seller" at 3646 S. Wolcott Ave., Chicago, Il, 60609. I demand law enforcement do a P Diddy type raid on this place and bring these scammers down now!!

I want it returned and no reoccurring charges. I received a bottle of subgenix from Fullfillment center tampa florida that I did not order. And I wanted to be canceled, and my credit card was charged. Twice and then again two days later I canceled my credit card but I never ordered this bottle
